Training is a planned and systematic experience which aims to provide employees managers with the knowledge and skills required to perform in the world of work and prepare the employee to achieve organization’s mission, vision and goals. This includes Workers Committee and Management trainings. NEC ensures training and labour briefings to both management representatives and workers committee members. The National Employment Council for the Zimbabwe Energy Industry has in place a cross-functional training team that comprises of Trade Union officials, Employers Association officials and the General Secretary.
